Great British Food Revival
Massive thanks to Angela Hartnett for her kind words on the BBC's Great British Food Revival. So true, crab is such a great tasting and nutritious food it's silly for us to be sending it abroad. And whats more it's even worse to import other crab in to the UK! Support the Great British Crab - make sure you buy British. Our products are all available in Waitrose stores nationwide!

The Crab Season...
Crikey 2011 seems to be flying past, is it really March already? We've had a few queries from customers asking about the changing texture of Brown Crab Meat, which some of you have commented is less thick at this time of year. No we haven't added anything, this is a 100% natural product and the texture of the brown meat changes slightly throughout the year. We don't want to mess about with it, so hope you understand and can appreciate that this is how things are...
